Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your parcel. The shoes must be clean, unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- Return: once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Size or model exchange: exchanges are processed after we receive and verify the returned pair.
- Return shipping cost: paid by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
- Personalized products: custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please include a note inside the parcel with your order number, full name, and information whether it is a return or an exchange. For exchanges, please also include the desired size or model.
