Visiting our workshop

Our workshop does not operate as a classic retail store or showroom. Most models are handmade to order, so we do not keep every model and size permanently available for viewing or trying on.

Selected models or sizes may sometimes be available immediately, but availability changes constantly and cannot be guaranteed without prior contact.

For organizational reasons, we do not prepare pairs only for viewing or fitting without prior arrangements. In handmade production, this would slow down active orders and create unnecessary delays.

If you would like to visit the workshop, please contact us by email or phone first. We can then check whether the selected model and size are available and whether in-person assistance is possible on your preferred date.

How to prepare your message

A clear message helps us solve your case faster and reduces additional correspondence.

Include your order number. If your message concerns a specific purchase, add the order number in the message or email subject.
Describe the matter clearly. Tell us whether it concerns sizing, order status, exchange, return, complaint, model availability, or a pre-purchase question.
Attach photos when needed. For complaints or product condition checks, attach photos of the full pair and close-ups of the area concerned.

Returns, exchanges & complaints

Returns and exchanges are handled through our dedicated portal. Complaints are handled separately by email because they require a written description, photos, and individual verification.

Frequently asked questions

Does KarolShoes have a physical store?
We do not operate as a classic retail store or showroom. We are a craft workshop, and most models are handmade to order. Visits are possible only after prior contact and availability confirmation.
Can I come only to view and try on several models?
We do not keep a permanent display of all models and sizes. We also do not prepare multiple pairs only for viewing or fitting without prior arrangements, as it would disrupt current handmade production.
How should I ask about sizing?
First, check our size guide and foot measurement template. Then contact us with your foot length, the size you usually wear, and the model you are interested in.
How do I submit a return or exchange?
Submit your return or exchange through the portal: https://karolshoes.com/apps/returns-exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels sent cash on delivery are not accepted.
How do I submit a complaint?
Complaints are handled by email at info@karolshoes.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, the date you noticed it, and photos of the full pair plus close-ups of the affected area.
