Returns, Exchanges and Complaints

Returns
At KarolShoes, we offer a 30-day return period in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason.

In order for the returned goods to be accepted, they must:

  • be new, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage,
  • be returned in the original packaging,
  • include the original tags and labels,
  • be accompanied by the original receipt or VAT invoice.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD).

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the receipt and approval of the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. In case of COD payment, please provide your bank account number.


Exchanges
If the size or model does not fit, we offer an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

The goods must meet the same conditions as for returns (new, unworn, in original packaging). Please complete the exchange form (download here) and send the parcel to the same address as above.

For faster processing, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product following the return procedure described above.

Note: Personalized products (e.g., custom orders marked as “PERSONALIZATION”) cannot be returned or exchanged.


Complaints
If you have received a defective product, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (warranty for defects). Please contact us by email: info@karolshoes.com

Complaints are accepted within 2 years from the date of purchase. In the first instance, we will offer a repair or replacement of the product.

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days of receiving the parcel. In case of rejection, we will return the product to you along with the justification of our decision.

Additional Information
For hygienic and quality reasons, we recommend trying shoes only on a soft surface (e.g., carpet) to avoid damaging the leather sole.

Returns or exchanges without proof of purchase or for products showing visible signs of use will not be accepted.
