Order Processing Time
All our shoes are handmade. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. For models available in stock, dispatch may be faster – usually within 1–2 business days. Personalized or custom orders may require additional time, and the customer will be informed individually.
Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union & United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Asia: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Middle East: 10–20 business days
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, local customs offices may apply duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over such fees and recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Orders with personalization or non-standard modifications may take longer than the standard 3–5 days. Customers will be informed by email if additional processing time is required.

Additional Information
We currently ship worldwide for free. In rare cases, we may refuse shipment to destinations where delivery is unstable or not possible.
